These are examples of the standard weathervane.

The size is about 24"  from outside of the cardinal point letters and the motif is about 10" high. It differs from the simple model in that there are four interlocked scrolls on the main shaft. As with all of the weathervanes, it can be supplied flat just needing the cardinal letter bars to be locked in place and the scrolls secured to the main shaft before erecting.
