This is an example of the extra large weathervane.

The size is still about 36" from outside of the cardinal point letters but the whole weathervane is heavier and more substantial, plus the motif can be up to about 20" high and is cut from 3mm thick steel as opposed to the Large model's 2mm. It also differs from the large model in that the main shaft is re-inforced with a 12mm bar going from the bottom right to the pivot point.
In addition, the rod can be threaded to utilise a single point fixing rather than the normal "L" bracket and "U" bolts.
The choice of fixing is a no charge option.
 As with all of the weathervanes it can be supplied flat just needing the cardinal letter bars to be locked in place and the scrolls secured to the main shaft before erecting.
